Holtz Children's Hospital Beaux Arts Festival of Art

Art Deco Weekend Festival

Another one of the top 20 events in the Miami Florida USA areaStarted in 1976, the Art Deco Weekend® Festival in Miami Beach’s Art Deco Historic District raises awareness and appreciation of the arts and culture of the Art Deco era (approx. 1925-1945). Attracting more than half a million visitors, activities include art and crafts, guided tours, musical attractions, annual "Light Up the Drive" opening night parade and the "Arf Deco Weekend" dog promenade, food vendors, as well as performances and hands-on events for children.

Miami Marathon and Miami Half Marathon

(In 1988, the festival was the scene of a Guinness World Record, as 119,986 people joined in the world’s longest conga line!)
